Future Brian

American video editor, motion graphics artist, and software developer

Future Brian (born February 28, 1994) is an American video editor, motion graphics artist, and independent software developer. His post-production career includes current work with creators like Matthew Berman and, previously, editing for GrandPooBear, reflecting a timeline defined by exacting revisions and late-night polish.

Philosophy and Software edit

In addition to his media career, he develops independent software utilities centered around extreme productivity and behavioral psychology. His application Lemon Do was built on the philosophy that modern workers are paralyzed by overwhelmingly long task lists. The software operates on his stated belief that while focusing on a single task is a superpower, mastering exactly three tasks a day can permanently change a person's life.

Legacy edit

Across all his projects, his ultimate creative legacy is tied to his passion for animation. He has publicly described the creation of motion graphics as his greatest dopamine release, and his collective body of work attempts to transfer that specific visual joy directly to his audience.

Personal life edit

In his personal life, Future Brian resides in Rochester, Minnesota, and keeps a domestic cat. He is an active participant in several gaming communities, with documented interests in Age of Empires II, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Old School RuneScape, and notoriously difficult fan-made Kaizo games. He also maintains a documented preference for casual American dining and pizza.
